BKORA was born inside a hotel engineering department — from the frustration of running critical operations on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and generic CMMS tools that never quite fit.
Our story
Every existing tool either treated hotels like factories or treated engineering like an afterthought. Rooms don't have serial numbers, guests don't file JIRA tickets, and the front office can't wait for a change-control board to raise a work order at 2 a.m.
We built BKORA to close that gap — a single, hospitality-native operations platform for the people who actually keep buildings running: engineers, technicians, housekeepers, property managers, front-office teams and the owners who ask the hard questions at month-end.
What we believe
Operations software should be as considered as the properties it runs. It should be fast, quiet and evidence-first — not a compliance chore bolted onto a chat app.
